Here is what you need to do:
- Make sure you want Black Goose to complete your work.
- Sign and return the Proposal we sent you, before March 1, 2025.
- Pay a non-refundable/non-returnable $100.00 down payment to reserve your spot.
- Pay the balance of our 50% down payment by April 1, 2025, to get your job scheduled.
- Give us your email address and let us know if we can text if we can’t reach you by phone.
- Work must be scheduled by 8/1/2025.
This is what we will do:
- If material costs go up more than 10% before April 1, 2025, we will rebid the material costs of the repair. Labor prices are locked in for your Proposal if the work is done in 2025.
- We will prioritize service on our spring schedule.
Option A: If you choose to reserve your spot with a $100 hold, we will send you a reminder around March 1 so you can send us the balance of your down payment before April 1, 2025.
Option B: Give us your signed Proposal and a down payment of 50% now and you will be scheduled. When your 50% down payment is paid, your job will be scheduled. All chimney repairs will be scheduled after May 1 due to weather concerns.
